The 2021 Show color of the year. Premiered at the Pittsburgh Knit, Crochet creative arts festival.

1816 is a reference to formation of the city of Pittsburgh. These colors, shades of grey, black and yellow remind us of the deep rich history of the Steel City.

• 75% Super wash Merino Wool 25% Nylon

• Fingering 463 yards / DK 245 yards / Worsted 218 yards

• Wash with cold water, lay flat to dry.

• Allow 10 business days, as most orders are dyed to order.

• No two skeins are exactly the same, natural variations occur during the dying process.

• We made every attempt while photographing to capture the true colors of the yarn. Colors may vary depending on your viewing device.

• Do you see all the ties? We take the time to place the white ties (and leave in place) to assist the artisan when winding skeins into cakes.
